Returns | Replacement | Refunds
At Devanti, we seek to ensure that all our customers are fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Returns/Replacements/Refunds policy so that you are familiar with our policy and the process involved. RETURNS To return the goods, please contact the online retail store where your purchase was made. They will then inform you of the steps involved, such as preparing the goods for transit by mail. Goods must be returned within a reasonable time. The time frame may vary from product to product, the type of product and the seller’s policy.
You may be required to pay freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer warranty do not apply. We will provide you with an indicative fee, which may vary due to reasons beyond our control. CHANGE OF MIND A full refund is not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found a cheaper price for the goods elsewhere. In most cases, the initial freight fee will be non-refundable, and there will be a re-stocking fee and/or return freight fee involved. We recommend that you preview your orders before proceeding with the purchase. If approved, all change of mind items must be returned in the condition that you received them with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. They must also be unopened, unused and in a resalable condition. Sellers may have their own policies and procedures in relation to change of mind returns. Please note that each seller may have a time frame of when the goods can be returned from when the goods are received. GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT If your goods arrive damaged, please contact the online retail store where your purchase was made as soon as possible. They will then arrange to have the goods returned or either arrange for a replacement of the goods or a refund. The seller will explain to you the process involved. Photographic and/or video evidence of the damage parts and proof of purchase will be required. Damaged goods must be returned in the condition that you received them with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. REFUNDS/WARRANTY CLAIMS FOR DETECTIVE GOODS Refunds and warranty claims will be processed by the online retail store where your purchase was made in accordance with relevant Australian consumer law and trade practices. You are entitled to a replacement for or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please contact the seller as soon as you perceive a fault. Photographic and/or video evidence of the fault and proof of purchase will be required. MISSING/SPARE PARTS If your goods are received with missing or incorrect parts, or if you wish to purchase spare parts, you may contact the online retail store where your purchase was made for assistance.
